Who hasn’t noticed Levi’s incredible new creatives that have taken shape over the past year? The brand’s ground-breaking ‘Go Forth’ campaign is close to perfect- inspirational, aesthetically awesome, creative, youth oriented, intellectual, and hip. The ads seamlessly weave music by Peter Bjorn & Paul, Americana images, and Walt Witman excerpts to create- BAM! – Levi-wearing revolutionaries from NYC to San Francisco.
Levi’s has recently added another layer of ‘cool’ to its advertising campaign, by incorporating CSR (corporate social responsibility) into its marketing efforts. ‘Ready to Work’, part of the ‘Go Forth’ campaign, was shot in Braddock, PA, a small city along the rust belt that has visibly suffered from the recession. Levi’s not only featured Braddock locals in the campaign, the jean company also teamed up with GOOD magazine and launched urban renewal projects within the community, which included renovating a community center and creating an urban farming program for Braddock residents.
We can’t wait to see what next from Levi’s! Check out the links below to read more about Levi’s campaign and its good works.
