Mentor Activity: Brooklyn Museum Target First Saturdays, Saturday, Dec. 4th
On the first Saturday of each month, the Brooklyn Museum hosts a range of art and music events for free from 5pm to 11pm. This Saturday, December 4th, is Ladies Night, featuring a handful of female artists across the art and entertainment spectrum. Check out this Saturday’s menu for an event that might interest you!

Mentor Activity: The Rockefeller Christmas Tree
The annual tree lighting ceremony is Tuesday, November 30th from 7pm to 9pm (click here for details), but if a Tuesday night outing doesn’t suite your schedule, the tree is still worth a visit to midtown Manhattan! The Rockefeller tree, lit by 30,000 LED lights and 5 miles of wire, is a huge tourist attraction this time of year. While in the neighborhood, walk up 5th Avenue and check out the famous holiday store windows! They’re well worth a walk in the cold.
