Stoked LA kicked off the month with an action packed Skate Mentor Session on Sunday, December 5th. A handful of young stokers showed up to skate at the Gilbert Lindsay Skatepark in downtown Los Angeles. Despite the low mentoring pair turnout, the day was a success and a lot of good skating was to be had!
Stoked LA is to rally the troops for next Saturday, December 11th. Stoked will march down Sunset Blvd in the Echo Park Community Parade. After we spreading Stoked pride down Sunset Blvd., Stoked will be participating in the Echo Park Community Parade post-cleanup efforts. Stoked will walk the parade route and collect discarded parade fliers and any other leftover parade litter. The day will conclude with a Stoked to Serve Skate session. Come out and represent Stoked while supporting the local LA community! The day’s events are listed below. If you are able to attend, please RSVP to Charlie@stoked.org.
