Mentor Activity: Circle of Friends Celebrity Basketball Clinic- Saturday, March 19, 2011 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Want to practice your basketball jump shot? Join former professional basketball players like Hall of Famer Earl “The Pearl” Monroe , New York Knicks legend John Starks and former WNBA superstar Kym Hampton as they lead a co-ed instructional basketball clinic for all ages.
On Saturday, March 19th from 11AM to 4PM, located at Alfred Smith Recreational Center, the pros will demonstrate skills including shooting, dribbling, defense, rebounding and passing. There will also be an opportunity to receive autographs!

Mentor Activity: The Turtles of New York- Saturday, March 19th, 2011 2:00 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.
If you love turtles and want to learn all about the turtles of New York, come and meet Lorri Cramer, N.Y. State Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator and Turtle Specialist, joined by some of her scaliest and best friends as she speaks about what makes turtles so special and what, if anything, you can do to help them.
On March 19th, from 2PM to 3:30PM located at J. Hood Wright Park, come and enjoy the experience!
