Snow Mentor LA and Snow Mentor NY both had successful days on the Slopes of Belleayre, NY and Snow Summit,CA this past weekend. Over 40 Stoked enthusiasts showed up to Snow Mentor NY this past Saturday. We were very excited that 8 of the youth who hit the slopes were first-time shredders! Another 40 Stokers turned up on Sunday for Stoked LA’s Snow Mentor. It was a great day on the slopes of Snow Summit. Additionally, Stoked Charlie recruited local LA chefs James Trees and Jeff Thomas to prepare a delicious lunch of skirt steak sandwiches, spring roles, and veggie sandwiches for the Stoked crew to enjoy on the mountain. Garcia Farms and Fair Hills Farm from the Santa Monica Farmers Market donated organic fruits for the mentoring pairs and volunteers to enjoy on the bus ride to and from Snow Summit.
