
This past Snow Mentor Sunday in LA, local LA Chef James Trees and Ched Jeff Thomas, prepared lunch and snacks for 41 stokers. Organic fruits were donated by local farmers, Garcia Farms and Fair Hills Farm from the Santa Monica Farmers Market. The chefs created 3 options for the stokers:
1) veggie spring rolls w/ a peanut sauce
2) skirt steak sandwiches with hickory smoked salt, roasted garlic & goat cheese spread, roasted beech mushrooms, fresh local lettuce and tomatoes.
3) veggie sandwiches were the same substitute roasted eggplant
The food was delicious and enjoyed by all, providing perfect fuel for a day on the slopes! Stoked offers a big thanks and huge round of applause to Chef James Trees & Chef Jeff Thomas! Here is a little more info on the amazing chefs:
